TNT Global Experience Programme 2009
-Zambia, Gambia, Madagascar and Tanzania-
Reaching out to the people in need: In a world where there is so much food, it does not seem right
that there are places where
people cannot get enough. Let us tip the
balance and
feed the hungry.
The TNT Global Experience
Programme (TNT GEP) offers a
unique opportunity to work in the
world’s largest humanitarian agency –
WFP –
and to help those less fortunate
to have a better chance in life.
Launched in 2005, TNT GEP is a close
collaboration between the United
Nations World Food Programme (WFP), TNT - the global provider for reliable mail and express networks and
AIESEC - the world’s largest
international
student association.
In September three pairs of
students enrolled in Dutch universities start a six month internship
in Africa.
They will have a unique opportunity to
contribute to the development of countries
and their people. TNT GEP will provide them with an
insight into corporate social responsibility
programmes and public- private
partnerships. Are you ready to take
on this challenge?
In September 2008 three couples of studentes
left in order to have a life changing experience. Together they spent apporximately six months
abroad. If you click on their names you can visit their weblogs. The countries and the participating students of 2008 are:
